size change from 76" to 80", the wheelbase is the same.

| tacoma
models require trimming off the top portion of the 2002 clamp by 3/8
inch so that will fit to meet the outer flange and shell properly.
without trimming, the clamps will be too long and result in pushing
the shell outward and causing wider door gaps. |

short box crew cab (double cab) have 4 full door openings similar to
cars, while the extra cab trucks have suicide type doors. |
